Bartending Services

Bartender Only:  (Suggested 1 bartender per 100 - 115 guests)

  • 30 minutes of set-up
  • 4 hours of service
  • 30 minutes of clean-up
  • Up to 1 hour of travel


Each bartender is supplied with an ice bucket, bottle opener, a shaker, beverage mat, bar towels, and plastic bins to chill your beverages.


Bartender and Supplies:  (Suggested 1 bartender per 100 - 115 guests)


Includes: 1 Bartender, Portable Bar, Plastic Cups, Napkins, Straws, Garnishes, Water, Ice, Basic Sodas and Juices, Club Soda, Tonic, Grenadine, juice boxes (for the kiddos).  Other mixes as needed for specialty cocktails.


                                                   Additional Items:

Portable Bar - $75.00 (includes linens)

Ice - $10.00 per 20lb bag


Give Us A Shot Bartending will work with you prior to your event to ensure that      our services fully meet your needs.


We Will:

* Set up your bar(s) where you need them, focusing on organization, cleanliness and order.

* Provide you with bartenders who are TIPS certified, professional in demeanor, experienced with your kind of event, most of all they are energetic and friendly.

* Supply all bartending equipment needed as described above.

* Break down the bar(s) and leave the area clean and orderly before we depart.

* Advise quantities to purchase and signature cocktail recipes if needed.

* Adhere to MN and WI liquor serving laws and the stipulations of our liquor liability   insurance.
