Stillwater weddings often have a ceremony in one spot, cocktail hour in another, and a reception that runs late. Our portable bars move with your timeline. We also design custom cocktails, so your signature drink can feel as personal as the rest of the day.
For the big moments, we offer a champagne cart with 100 glasses and an 84-glass champagne wall with a "Sip and be Seated" neon sign. If you're planning a champagne toast or wine pour, we close the bar while we pour and staff it with at least two bartenders so it goes smoothly.
Private Parties and Corporate Events
For a graduation party or anniversary at home, Just the Bartender brings a bartender equipped with an ice bucket, bottle opener, shaker, beverage mat, bar towels, and bins to chill your drinks. For a company gathering or a bigger party, Bartender with Supplies adds a portable bar with linens, cups, napkins, straws, garnishes, water, sodas, club soda, tonic, grenadine, and juice boxes for the kids. Need another set of hands? Our host staff can clear tables, replenish food, and wash dishes. The Single Tap Cart is a stainless-steel mobile bar cart with a built-in tap and a drop-in ice chest, perfect for champagne, spritzes, and margaritas on tap.
How It Works
- You buy the alcohol. We don't have a license to sell alcohol, but we can arrange pickup of your order for a delivery fee.
- We arrive early. One hour ahead for a full bar setup, 30 minutes for just the bartender.
- We serve responsibly. Every bartender is TIPS certified, we check IDs, and we carry liquor liability insurance. We'll provide a certificate of insurance once you book.
- No shots. Our beverage packages don't include shots, which keeps the night safer and the bar stocked.

Can you set up at our house instead of a venue?
Yes. A portable bar looks nicer in photos than a folding table and helps your bartender work faster. We can also bring large coolers and 18 lb bags of ice as rentals.
How do tips work?
For weddings, a discreet tip jar is common. For smaller gatherings and corporate events, most clients prefer we add gratuity to the invoice.
Can we choose a venue that lets us bring our own alcohol?
Absolutely, and it can save you a bunch on your budget. Just confirm the venue's rules before you buy.
